Love of Christmas

Cold breeze, colorful lights, beautiful lantern, artistic Christmas tree and children caroling.
Yes! It’s a sign that Christmas day is coming to town. People are excited because they want to spend their christmas vacation with their families, friends and love ones.
And there are lot of foods and lot of gifts for everyone. Friends have exchange gifts even its not expensive it can make your friend hapy.
And children ask “aguinaldo” from their Tita’s, Tito’s, Lola’s, Lolo’s, Ninang’s, and Ninong’s. and they earn money to buy what they want. And gift for their friends.
But we should learn that everyday is the day of love and giving ont only December 25.
Merry Christmas and Ahappy New year to everyone.

PAGPAPATIBAY SA PAGKATAONG PILIPINO: TUGON SA HAMON NG PANAHON.

As time pass by people change because of developing, improving or progressing of the surroundings. But most of these improvement and progress have a disadvantage.
Now a day, we the Pilipino have a colonial mentality. We buy state-side product like shoes, food, clothes, etc. And the gross income of our country is getting lower because we starting to forget our products, culture and others. That’s why Philippines progress slowly. That’s why we must stay stronger and face the crisis we are suffering. We must be nationalistic, buy our own product, love our Philippine culture and love our nature.
This month, November is the Filipino-Values month s very busy month. There are lots of activities like poster making, cook fest, sayawit and others. But we, the Maxwellians did not join in any activity in this month because we were busy and we were preparing and practicing for the speech choir entitled “the congo”. The speech choir contest was held in the ISNHS gymnasium in December 3, 2009.
The voice of Gimcy while she shouted and scolded us to discipline us while we were practicing and our hardship were not wasted because we achieved second place for category B.
I want to thank myself, my classmates, my friends and God for being with us.

New chapter of our life

Second Grading Period is like a second chapter of a book entitled fourth year life.

This second grading in our TLE subject is just normal. We meet new lessons like tags, HTML, and other things. And we blog new topics and passed our draft in each blog we posted.

But sometimes we can't attend our TLE subject because sometimes we have something to do or Mrs. Vera Cruz is busy. So we have learn little that help us a lot and give us knowledges.

For me the only problem is the time because of the typhoon that cause classes suspended. And we have only a little time for classes and adding more lessons.
Hopefully next grading, we learn lot of things not only a piece.

My TEACHER, My HERO

One day I asked my mother "Ma? Why do I need to go to the school?"

"So that you can learn more things and it will help you a lot." My mother replied.

First I didn't understand what she means but now I think I understand. Now, I know that studying will help us to understand what happening in our daily live and other things.

That's why there are schools and teacher. Schools are the place where we study. This is the place where we can meet new friends, student like us.

Teachers are the people who will teach us and help us to understand the lesson we should know. And we all know that sometimes helps us to understand the lesson we should know. And we all know that sometimes self-study is very hard. That’s why we should be thankful that they exist.

Teachers also act as our guardians or parents in our school and we consider them as our second parents. They treat us like their own children and they think for our sake and condition.
We can also consider them as new hero because if they are not here we can not achieve our dreams, we can’t find for a good and decent job.

“THANK YOU TEACHERS!”

But for me not only “teachers” here in our school that we can call teacher. I also include my friends, family, challenges or problem, or even enemy because they are here to teach us something and to help us to be strong.

Adapting to diverse Science Culture for development

SCIENCE is the over-all study of everything(I'm not sure). SCIENCE has many branches like biology, earth science, chemistry and others.

There are people who are not contented of what they have and they didn't yet get the satisfaction that they were looking for. That's why many people study more or invent new things or gadgets.

The former studies or technology are the foundation of progress we want. That's why we must we must adapt the former technologies or studies. Because the causes of these technologies or studies in our environment can help us to identify what is lacking or what we need change. Or we can also add new ideas for the betterment.

Don't lose hope. And be brave to take the risk for the DEVELOPMENT

FILIPINO, WHERE YOU CAME FROM?

The Spaniards conquered the Philippine for three hundred thirty-three years. In time of this they took away the freedom of the Pilipino and Philippines. And it's like that everything about Pilipino like culture was useless.

On the 12th day of June, year 1898 Emilio Aguinaldo, the first president of the Philippine declared that Philippine got their freedom from the Spaniards with the help of the American.

And it is the start for the Pilipino to recover from the tragedy. When Mr. Manuel L. Quezon was elected for the third president of the Philippines and the first president for Commonwealth Republic of the Philippines, he declared that FILIPINO LANGUAGE will be the NATIONAL LANGUAGE OF THE PHILIPPINES. This was the reason why Queron called as the "Father of Filipino Language."

Filipino start ib Baler because in Quezon live in Baler. He spread the Filipino by using it for communication, writting literature and others and it spread in the whole philippine.

That's why every month of August, we celebrate the month of Filipino language for respecting and be proud of Manuel L. Quezon.

FIRST QUARTER

Fourth year high school, new school year, new challenges.

TLE-ICT is our subject in computer, this subject is all about internet. we have just learned about the history of Internet and protocol during the first grading period. We also start blogging.

And to our other subjects, most of our subject are advance. Its a preparation for college like Advance Physics, Advance Chemistry, Trigonometry and others.

During our first day we've just recall our lessons whe we are third year, after theat it started to rock our mind because of the new lessons. the reason why these new lessons rock our mind is even it is a branch of science we should solve and compute and because of many formulas it make us confuse and we have second thought of choosing formulas. But we can understand it for as long we are listening in the discussion.

There is also many activities, assignment and project to be done.

We should be more responsible so that we can finish these activities, project and assignment on time. And ewe should study hard so that the sacrifice that were made by our parents only to send us to school will not be wasted and we can use this education for the future.

So I will study hard not only for myself but also for my parents.

Speak to me in ENGLISH or FILIPINO with kindness

We all know that every country has their own national languages.

Here in the Philippines, Filipino is our national language and it is part of our culture. If we use Filipino frequently, this is the proof that we are proud about it. And it is a symbol that we are Pilipino. Being Pilipino is cool, you know why? Because Pilipino can speak different language with out stammering just reading or listening to it, not like those American stammered just speaking Filipino.

That's why the government required the students to use Filipino so that we will maintain our culture and to communicate to our own country men.
And we all know that English is our international language. International language is the language we use to communicate world widely without studying every words from each language. We all know that it is hard to memorize.

The government also required the students to use and speak in English wo that we can practice it and will be able to speak with the foreigners fluently.

We should speak in English or Filipino with kindness because this is a way of respecting the language and the one you were talking with.

This two language can help us to find good jobs as long as we have enough education.

This two language is also useful and helpful in our daily lives because some company, stores or others endours their product, service etc. using English or Filipino language. And many more.

i hate LIFESTYLR DISEASE!!

Dont you know that good health is the basic foundation for a better and healthy living?

Good health could only be achieve if we are taking the right nutrition. We all know that the food pyramid that have been taught to us since elementary tells the right nutrition and the basic food for a good health. Good health is our capital to improve ourselves and our surrounding. This is the reason why I believe to the saying “HEALTH is WEALTH”

A healthy person comes with a healthy mind. If we are healthy we canface the problem and challenges, we can think fast, analize and make a right decision at a given time.

And what are the life style diseases? These are the diseases that we derived from our lifestyle that we practiced and adopted. Examples of life style disease are: if we eat high fatty food it could cause high blood cholesterol. It will also complicate w/ hypertension. If drinking liquoir is a hobby, it may cause live cancer. And smoking can lessen our life and it can also cause lung cancer.

We must avoid these life style disease and take balance diet because healthy person will have a happy long life.
